1. Items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. All items are brand new!, unless stated otherwise.
3. We do not accept exchange or refunds of any item. All items are carefully checked before postage.
4. Payment to be made 2 days prior to confirmation via bank transfer (CIMB Clicks) or cash deposit.
5. Reservations are valid for 24 hours, unless discussed otherwise. If we have not received payment within that period, the item will be sold to the next serious buyer. However, do let us know the estimated time you'd need to make the payment.
6. Items will only be mailed out after payment is received.
7. We provide wrapping services if in any case, the item is a gift for a loved one. Do e-mail us for more info.
8. We highly recommend Pos Laju for postages within Malaysia. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages that occurs during or after post. For overseas delivery, do e-mail us at thisampersand@gmail.com.
9. While we do try our best to produce quality pictures that best represent the garment in real life, colours of the garment in real life may be slightly different from the pictures. We are not liable if any item(s) differ slightly from expectation.
